Copus has over 20 years of experience working with the leading private investigation agencies in Georgia and with Copus Investigations.
Copus joined one of the largest insurance companies in the world as a lead field investigator specializing in insurance fraud investigations, surveillance, claims investigations, and general investigative services. Receiving comprehensive and technical investigative training, he planned and executed successful complex investigations, and led several investigative units.
Copus transitioned this experience to Copus Investigations.
Successful investigations awarded Copus appearances on Dr. Phil McGraw's nationally televised show conducting investigations involving missing persons, interstate scams, internet identity fraud, catastrophe fraud, national and international locates, elder abuse, stalking, and internet scams. Additionally, Copus has conducted investigations for Dateline NBC, Crime Watch Daily; The Robert Irvine Show, and other renowned programs.
Copus contributed to the novel "Retribution" by Lewis Ericson.
